DALLAS AREA RAPE CRISIS CENTER
The epidemic of sexual violence effects 321,500 Americans each year. At the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center (DARCC), we believe and serve survivors by offering client-centered and trauma informed care free to survivors and their loved ones. DARCC provides 24/7 crisis advocacy, individual, group and meditative therapies and education and training to the DFW community.

SPECIAL ABILITIES OF NORTH TEXAS
Our mission is to provide the highest quality care, training and support to adults with special needs, giving them opportunities to succeed in life, family and the community.
All persons with special needs deserve the opportunity to become better accepted and included in the community. We believe that persons with disabilities should enjoy the same rights and opportunities for pursuing happiness in life; and that we must be relentless in our advocacy for this often silent population as one of the most underserved populations in society.

GENESIS WOMEN’S SHELTER & SUPPORT
To provide safety, shelter and support for women who have experienced domestic violence, and to raise awareness regarding its cause, prevalence and impact.
We are looking to create a societal shift on how people think about domestic violence. In order for that to happen we need everyone to share the same message that there is help and there is hope.

RESOURCE CENTER
Resource Center is the primary lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning (LGBTQ) and HIV/AIDS service organizations in North Texas. The Center offers many LGBTQ services to the community and operates one of the largest LGBTQ Community Centers in the United States. The Community Center is home to a variety of community organizations and serves over 60,000 people each year through its programs and services.

THE FAMILY PLACE
The Family Place empowers victims of family violence by providing safe housing, counseling and skills that create independence while building community engagement and advocating for social change to stop family violence.

LEGACY COUNSELING CENTER
As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency for 28 years, Legacy’s mission is to provide affordable and quality mental health care, substance abuse treatment, and special care housing services to people who are impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Calandra M. Williams and her core team are dedicated to seeing women and girls reach their full potential. Through Majestic Daughters Empowerment programs women and girls can experience transformation by breaking free of fear, insecurities, apprehensions and lies. NEW FRIENDS NEW LIFE
New Friends New Life restores and empowers formerly trafficked teen girls and sexually exploited women and their children.
By providing access to education, job training, interim financial assistance, mental health and spiritual support, New Friends New Life helps women and their children overcome backgrounds of abuse, addiction, poverty and limited opportunities.

Positive Women’s Network – USA is a national membership body of women living with HIV and our allies that exists to strengthen the strategic power of all women living with HIV in the United States. Founded in 2008 by 28 diverse women leaders living with HIV, PWN-USA develops a leadership pipeline and policy agenda that applies a gender lens to the domestic HIV epidemic grounded in social justice and human rights.
